We strive to build fully accessible and integrated living communities that embrace the individuals we serve within the fabric of the neighborhoods where they live. We are committed to providing living environments that imbue dignity, value, quality, and a sense of belonging.
Vision Statement
Spaces accessible for all must be seen as the norm. We are creating integrated living environments with accessibility first as the focus. Living with us means you will be embraced within the fabric of the community. Building inclusive communities is a holistic endeavor, which is why it is so important to continue adding more creative and innovative solutions in this impactful effort.
Collaborative Impact
Working collaboratively with our partners leverages additional competencies that benefit our communities and enables residents to fully engage (due to the accessibility) ultimately supporting and improving the health and well being of the residents. Service Offering Overview
We provide Residential Services/ Living environments and the wrap around supports and oversight needed for each individual resident in order to assist in sustaining their optimal health, safety, and welfare. We have been doing this for nearly 50 years. Our services are in place around the clock 24/7 and 365 days per year.

We are committed to providing finished homes that meet all residential setting requirements. Our homes offer lease or legally enforceable agreements, ensuring the availability of privacy and control over schedules and visitors. Furthermore, our designs prioritize physical accessibility, creating inclusive and welcoming living environments for all.
Building Process
Meeting HCBS Needs and Requirements

Addressing Waiting Lists
The resulting inaccessibility of HCBS for people with disabilities is in turn evidenced by the more than 600,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) on states' ever-growing HCBS waiting lists. These waiting lists leave people with disabilities and their families waiting years and even decades for services.

HCBS Final Settings Rule
The HCBS Final Settings Rule applies to all settings that receive HCBS funding and requires integration in the greater community, support for full access to the community, and ensuring individual rights and choices.

Residential Setting Requirements
Residential settings must have a lease or legally enforceable agreement, provide privacy, allow control over schedules and visitors, and be physically accessible.
